1. Overview

Guestri is a digital platform that allows property owners and short-stay hosts to share information and communicate with guests through a customized guest app.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including:

• Hosts, who create and manage guest apps.

• Guests, who access apps shared by hosts.

2. Account Registration (Hosts)

To use Guestri as a host, you must create an account.
You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Keep your login details secure.

• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

Guestri reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Guest Access

Guests do not need an account to access a Guestri app. Each guest app is public and can be viewed via a link provided by the host.

Guests acknowledge that any personal information they choose to provide (e.g., name, email address) is shared directly with the host who owns that app.

4. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using Guestri, you also agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Hosts may access paid features through a subscription plan.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

We do not store or handle payment information directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Guestri to:

• Upload or share illegal, misleading, or harmful content.

• Collect guest data without consent.

• Interfere with or disrupt the platform.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Content Ownership

• Hosts own the content they upload (text, photos, descriptions, etc.).

• By uploading content, you grant Guestri a limited license to host, display, and process it as necessary to provide the service.

• You confirm that your content does not infringe on the rights of others.

Guestri reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Public Information

Guest apps are publicly accessible by design. Hosts are responsible for ensuring that no private or confidential data is published through their app.

Guestri is not liable for any information that a host voluntarily makes public.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Guestri online and stable at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Maintenance, updates, or third-party failures may cause temporary downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guestri and its operators are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access.

• Any issues arising from content uploaded by hosts or third parties.

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use Guestri in a way that could cause harm.

Upon termination, your account data may be deleted, except where legally required to retain it.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on our website with the effective date listed above.

Continued use of Guestri after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
